This dataset, which is automatically updated each week, is the product of scraping the National Conference of State Legislature’s State Elections Legislation Database and Voting Rights Lab’s Legislative Tracker. Use the available .csv or .Rdata files to access an up-to-date table of election legislation in the United States.

Cast Vote Records: A Database of Ballots from the 2020 U.S. Election

These data are produced as part of a collaborative project with researchers at MIT, Yale University, Harvard University, Columbia University, and UCLA. They include cast vote records from the 2020 U.S. election, covering over 40 million voters in 20 states who vote for more than 2,000 candidates.
